- Waiting List and Beta Access: Manage your request for early access to our platform and notify you when it is available.
- Founding Member: Manage your registration and exclusive benefits as a "Founding Member" of the application.
- Communications: Send you newsletters, news about product development and relevant updates.
3. Legitimation
The legal basis for processing your data is consent. By filling out our waiting list form and checking the acceptance box, you give us your express permission to process your data for the purposes described.
4. Data Retention Period
Your data will be kept as long as the purpose for which it was collected lasts (the launch and development of the Beta) or until you request its deletion. We will periodically review our lists to remove inactive records.
5. Recipients and International Transfers
Your data will not be ceded to third parties outside HarmonyWedding, unless legal obligation.
In order to provide you with our services, we use trusted technology providers who may have access to your data as "Data Processors":
- Email Marketing: We use Resend for sending emails. You can consult their privacy policy on their website. Their servers may be located outside the European Economic Area, but they guarantee adequate security measures.
