We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative, jurisprudential or interpretative novelties of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Application usage data:
- User identifier
- Date and time of access
- Interactions within the platform
- Device or application technical data

- Payment or transaction history made on the platform
FOR WHAT PURPOSES WILL WE USE USER DATA?
- Registration and access management:
Allow the creation of a user account and manage access to the platform.
- Service operation and provision:
Allow the use of the application for wedding and event organization, facilitating interaction between different users.
- Professional profile management:
Allow providers and professionals to create profiles where they can show their services, portfolio, conditions and availability.
- Interaction between users:
Facilitate communication between different application users for budget requests, service contracting or event coordination.
- Event organization and planning:
Allow the management of tasks, providers, budgets, calendar and other necessary elements for wedding planning.
- Administrative and contractual management:
Manage contractual relationships that may arise between platform users or with the platform itself.

WHAT ARE THE LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING?
We may process User personal data based on legitimate interest, regarding the service we provide and regarding the sending of communications by ordinary and electronic means, related to our service.
When the basis for processing is consent, we will request acceptance as a legitimate basis for using the data. The User may revoke it at any time by sending an email to soporte@harmonywedding.es
HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP USER DATA?
We will keep User personal data in our information systems as long as they are necessary, the relationship as a client continues.
All data generated in the application with respect to personal data will be deleted one year after the event celebration. Only billing data will be kept for compliance with tax obligations.
TO WHOM MAY WE COMMUNICATE USER DATA?
User data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation, we are expressly authorized to do so and/or when necessary to comply with the agreed contract to provide our services.
In order to manage the services requested, in some cases, it will be necessary to transfer data to companies in the same group and/or service providers, for administrative, storage or communication support purposes.
Data transfers outside the European Union are not foreseen, except in cases where it is necessary to provide the service or the User expressly authorizes us.
HOW CAN THE USER EXERCISE THEIR RIGHTS?

In the following cases:
- To rectify inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their deletion (right to be forgotten) when, for example, they have withdrawn their consent.

WHAT TYPE OF DATA ARE DISPENSABLE?
The mandatory nature will be communicated in the forms on the website, with respect to the collection of some data, by means of an (*) and/or a warning. Failure to complete such data may prevent the provision of all services linked to such data, releasing us from all liability for non-provision or incomplete provision of these services.
