1. APPLICABLE REGULATIONS

This Legal Notice is subject to Organic Law 03/2018 of December 5, EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, Law 11/2022 of June 28 on General Telecommunications, and Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Legal Notice, the following shall be understood as:

• Platform / App: the digital environment managed by the owning company, accessible through the website and mobile application, which acts solely as an intermediary to put Users and Wedding Service Providers in contact.
• Visitor or Free User: any person who accesses the platform only to consult information provided by a registered user or provider in the exercise of their professional activity.
• Registered User / Provider: any natural or legal person who creates an account on the platform, providing the required data, in order to contract or offer products or services through it in their professional activity.
• Content: any information, text, image, video, logo, trademark, advertisement or material published on the platform by Users, Providers or the company itself.
• Services: all wedding-related products or services that can be contracted or reserved through the platform, offered exclusively by Registered Providers.
• Personal Data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person provided by Users or Providers.
• User Account: the set of credentials (identifier and password) that allow the Registered User or Provider to access the platform.

3. USERS

Accessing and/or using this platform confers the status of USER, and implies acceptance of the General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy reflected here. Any person who does not accept these conditions should refrain from using the platform.

4. USE OF THE PLATFORM

Access to and use of the platform, website and all subdomains and directories included under it, as well as the services or contents that can be obtained through it under its ownership, are subject to the terms detailed in this Legal Notice.

5. DIGITAL SERVICE PROVIDED

This platform constitutes a digital intermediation service, whose purpose is to allow service providers related to event organization to publish information about their products and services, facilitating their access and consultation by interested users.

6. COMMUNICATIONS REGARDING ILLEGAL CONTENT

The platform has a specific contact point for receiving notifications of allegedly illegal content, accessible through the email address provided in this legal notice.

7. NOTICE AND ACTION PROCEDURE

Once a notification of illegal content is received, the platform will follow the following internal evaluation and action procedure:

• Registration of the notification and verification of the information provided.
• Evaluation of the alleged illegality in accordance with current regulations and platform terms of use.
• Application of proportional measures, which may include removal of content, temporary limitation of access or communication to the affected provider.
• Conservation of a documented record of the resolution adopted and actions taken.

8. CONTENT MODERATION

The platform maintains internal content moderation procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and terms of use. Users and third parties can notify allegedly illegal content through email. The platform will publish an annual transparency summary report on the functioning of its moderation procedures.

9. RECOMMENDATION AND POSITIONING SYSTEMS

The platform may use recommendation and positioning systems for providers with the aim of facilitating users' location of services relevant to event organization.

10. ADVERTISING OR PROMOTIONAL CONTENT

Advertising or promotional content published on the platform is clearly identified as such and differentiated from content provided directly by service providers.

11. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All contents of the platform and website are the exclusive property of the entity including, but not limited to: trade names, trademarks, graphic design, source code, logos, texts, graphics, illustrations, photographs, and other elements appearing on the website, protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

With respect to content uploaded by providers, this platform acts solely as a digital intermediary. Providers who publish products or services on the platform expressly guarantee that they are legitimate holders of registered trademarks, trade names, logos or other distinctive signs included in their offers.

12. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

The platform acts solely as an intermediary that puts professionals interested in contracting wedding-related services in contact with Providers of such services. The platform does not directly provide the contracted services nor guarantee their availability, execution, quality, compliance or suitability.

The platform shall not be liable, in any case, for damages of any nature that may arise from errors or omissions in the content published by Providers; lack of availability of the platform; transmission of viruses, malware or other malicious programs.

13. MODIFICATIONS

The Owner company reserves the right to make changes to the Website without prior notice, in order to update, correct, modify, add or remove the contents of the website or its design.

14. RIGHT OF EXCLUSION

The Owner company reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the website and/or services offered without prior notice, on its own initiative or that of a third party, to those Users who fail to comply with these General Terms of Use.

15. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Owner company will pursue the breach of these conditions, as well as any improper use of its website, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.

16. MODIFICATION OF THESE CONDITIONS AND DURATION

The Owner company may modify the conditions determined herein at any time, being duly published as they appear here. The validity of said conditions will depend on their exposure and will remain in force until they are modified by others duly published.

17. USER AND PROVIDER REGISTRATION

I. User Registration

To be able to offer, contract, reserve or request services through the platform, it is necessary to register as a "Registered User". Upon registration, the user confirms that they are of legal age with capacity to contract or over 14 years old.

II. Account Identification and Security

The User or Provider identifier will consist of the email address and a password. The identifier and password are personal and non-transferable.

III. Account Suspension and Cancellation

The platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend or cancel the registration of any User or Provider who makes illegal, improper, offensive use or contrary to regulations.

IV. Data Protection

Personal data provided in registration will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, complying with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection.

18. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Owner company may exercise civil or criminal legal actions against any person who makes improper use of the Website. In case of dispute or conflict, as well as any matter related to services, both parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
